Calling ALL First Time Homebuyers!
No Down Payment? No Problem. If you are a First Time Homebuyer, you can get down payment assistance. A First Time Homebuyer is defined as someone who has not ever owned a home, someone who has not owned a home in the last three (3) years OR in certain circumstances has not lived in a home they own for the last three (3) years. If you are a First Time Homebuyer and are looking for down payment assistance, consider taking my Virginia Housing First Time Homebuyer’s Class. This class will make you eligible to receive 3.5-5% in down payment assistance from the Virginia Housing (VH). There are certain eligibility requirements, but if you are a family of 3 or more, earning less than $97,000 annually, you could qualify for this program.
The following Virginia Housing First Time Homebuyer Classes are held at the Janaf Branch Library in Norfolk, VA from 10:00am to 4:30pm (with a one hour break for lunch), unless otherwise noted. Depending on your credit score, you could be eligible to qualify for at least 3.5% in down payment assistance and as much as 5%, from VHDA after completing this class.
The class is FREE but you have to register. Click on the link below to register for my next class. The class is taught by Angelia Graves, Marion Uzzle and various special presenters. You can contact Angelia or click on the link to register:
